WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
For orders of spirits we offer a tracked DPD 48-hour service.
The cost of this service is £6.95 for orders under £65 and free for all orders over £65.
For other items we offer a 48-hour Royal Mail delivery service.
We do not offer any other delivery options at this time.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we only ship to the UK.

CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE TO MY ORDER
Unfortunatley we do not curretly ofer this service.
I'VE PROVIDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. CAN THIS BE CHANGED?

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You will need to contact us directly at cafedelmar@balearic-drinks.com with your order number and the correct shipping details. We are unable to amend details after despatch and orders may be despatched in less than 24 hours.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL?
In the UK you must be over 18 years of age to order alcohol.
Our courier will require ID when delivering your order.
I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER; WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Spirits and non-spirits will be shipped from different locations and will arrive separately.
For orders placed before 1pm spirits are typically despatched on the next working day via a tracked DPD 48-hour service.
Other items are printed on-demand and we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days of receipt.
Please Note: a ‘working day’ means a Monday to Friday that is not a Bank or Public Holiday. Please allow an additional day in the event of a public holiday.
GIFT CARDS
We offer Gift Cards in denominations of £10, £25, £50 and £100.
HOW DO I SEND A GIFT CARD?
Gift cards are emailed electronically after purchase. If you want to buy a gift card for someone else, then you need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.
HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?
When making a purchase you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive.
A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
When redeeming a Gift Card, the checkout displays one of the following options:
• If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.
• If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you are prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
