Our Story

The iconic Café del Mar, a brand so synonymous with Ibiza, has been serving up sunsets and Balearic beats since 1980. This famous slice of the island has created unforgettable experi­ences for generations of global travellers. Watching the sunset - arguably the most beautiful in the world - and connecting with like-minded people, sound-tracked by Café del Mar’s atmos­pheric tunes is a feeling that cannot be described, only shared. The sunset venue now has several locations around the world. Since their inception, the masterfully curated compilations of chill-out and ambient music have featured the likes of Moby, Sasha, Bonobo, Underworld and Nightmares on Wax, and have sold millions of units worldwide.
